He said plain as day he was tired and was venting and to leave me alone - she was provoking and she was the one out of control. I sincerely feel for the bus driver, he does have to contend with an awful lot of undesirable people, and this woman was one of them. i hope he is having a better day

I can say with 101% certainty that the elderly lady talking about people paying and not paying is not being a "Karen." She most definitely has a mental disorder. The young lady should've just gotten up and had a conversation with the manager instead of pulling her phone out to record her. I wish they offered a mandatory class in high school that talks about these tyoes of scenarios and how to cope with your emotions.
